Get to know Concord, CA!

The largest city in Contra Costa County, Concord is the gem of the East Bay Area with a population of roughly 124,000. Nestled about 30 miles east of San Francisco and within a reasonable commute to travel destinations such as Lake Tahoe, Concord has a lot to offer including: multiple farmer's markets; family activities such as Pixieland and the Solano Drive-In; prime proximity to hiking and outdoor attractions, plus beautiful views of Mt. Diablo.

In 2016 the premiere travel magazine, Condé Nast, named Concord as one of the Best Places in the World to Retire! While retirees may find a lot to love about this growing town, families and individuals will also appreciate the sense of community and pride, especially in Todos Santos Plaza where there are plenty of year-round events.

Concord includes two BART locations (Concord, North Concord Stations) and access to highways 4, 242, and 680.
